Each organization store has its own ordering window, products, sizing information, production schedule, fulfillment plan, and customer-service terms.

Production and fulfillment

Orders will be processed and fulfilled with in 1 week. Orders will be delivered to your coaches for pickup. Some orders will take longer to process if our inventory is low and there is a shortage in inventory from our manufacturers / suppliers.

Orders can be placed year round. Special event and holiday themed items have a specific availability window and will be detailed on the specific product pages.

Team Store FAQ

Orders will be processed with in 1 week and made available for pickup at practices. Order updates will be sent via email.

Orders can be designated for delivery by selecting ship instead of team pick up.

We can do returns / exchanges as long as the tag is still on the suit.

Check with your coaches at practice to see if the order was already delivered. In some cases, the order will be delayed due to product supply issues with our manufacturers.
